Sweta Singh Hamal was born in a beautiful part of Kathmandu valley. And had a keen interest in music along with her academics from a very young age. She is the daughter of parents Ramesh Singh Hamal and Pami Hamal. Similarly, she has a younger brother Sanskar Singh Hamal.
Hamal had her primary and secondary education from the United School. She deceived that she has some potential in music from her schooling. Similarly, she chose the Global college of management for her Higher education. Besides the studies at Kathmandu University for her Bachelor’s in Business Information System.

Sweta Singh Hamal started singing form the very childhood and she chooses Adele as her musical idol. Singing has been a part of her hobby. Thus she started posting short clips of cover songs on Facebook and Instagram accounts. The videos in the social media influenced her to some great artist in the town and followingly Jyoban Bhuju got the attention, and they did a cover together of the evergreen song ‘Kehi Mitho Baat Gara’.
People started knowing her after she covered the song originally by Narayan Gopal. The duet in the song has some uniqueness in the voice and overall creation of the music videos. That is the reason her works are never criticized, despite she has thousands of fan followers with her.
