Krishna Prasad Bhusal most commonly known as K.P. Bhusal is one of the much sought after motivational speakers and leadership trainers from Nepal. He is a founder of IDEA Education Consult, a Kathmandu based training and leadership consulting company. He’s been dedicating his life to help people and organizations grow, with his knowledge and experience on leadership. His motivational and leadership training workshops are best suitable for entrepreneurs, corporate executives, sales people, teachers, students and youths. Education and Career
K.P. Bhusal completed his SLC in 2062 and intermediate level in 2064 from Shanti Higher secondary school, Dharapani Arghakhanchi. Then with loads of unclear vision and dream he went to Kathmandu for higher education. He completed Bachelors and Masters degree from Tribhuvan university with English as major. He started teaching career back in 2062 as soon as he completed SLC. He used to win lots of prizes as being good speaker during his school life. Having passionate on teaching and speaking industry, he expanded his career from English language teacher to a motivational speaker and a leadership trainer. Initially he stepped into motivational and leadership training career as an amateur speaker. Later in 2017 he did an online course on leadership and formed his own training and consulting company called IDEA Education Consult. Then onward he’s become professional speaker and trainer and has trained thousands of people under dozens of live events within organizations and elsewhere.
K.P. Bhusal was born in 1991 as a youngest son of father Dol Prasad Bhusal and mother Nimkala Bhusal in Bhumikasthan-3, Arghakhanchi (previously Dharapani-6). He has a sister and a brother. He grew up in lower middle class family. His parents were/are farmers still working in their fields in their home location.
He’s recently (on 13th Mangsir 2075) married to Tara Acharya. She is a social worker serving as a president of Leo club of Kailali, Lamki.
