Childhood And Education
Ishani Shrestha was born in Chitwan and later shifted to the capital city. She spent most of the childhood time in Kathmandu, Nepal.
She did her secondary education from “Triyog Highschool”. Likewise, she completed her high school at ‘Fairview High School’ in Boulder, Colorado. Similarly, she did her graduate studies from The University of Colorado for Business. And also as per her interest, she studied Dental Surgeon in People’s Dental College, Kathmandu Nepal. However, she did not continue her education in the Dental field. So regarding her education, she has been a perfect educated personality.
Ishani Shrestha Career
Ishani Shrestha has been a talented student and a beautiful model from early childhood. A huge transformation in her career came after she won the title of Miss Nepal. Similarly, her greatest achievement was when she established herself in the Top 10 position in Miss World 2013. The competition was held on 28 September 2013 at Bali Nusa Dua International Convention Center, South Kuta, Bali, Indonesia. Former Miss Nepal Shristi Shrestha crowned her the title. She was the first woman to reach the Top 10 position ever.
She has contributed a lot to the social sector getting involved in different national and international organizations. Some of her projects like “Project Smile” has been a great successful project. This project helps women and children in the village area running dental-camps and awareness.
Besides, Ishani Shrestha also runs different children development-oriented programs. She worked as an 8th Conservation Ambassador for World Wildlife Fund (WWF) in Nepal. She is also the Honorary Member at Rotary International.
