His father ‘Bhavendra Joshi’, is Deputy General Manager of Mega Bank Nepal Limited, Nepal. His mother ‘Raveena DS Joshi’, banker and Winner of ’21st Century Golden Phoenix Award’. He has a younger brother Aasirman DS Joshi, who is also an actor.

Ayushman DS Joshi is not only an actor, he is also a singer, vocalist and also a YouTube Personality. He started his career as a VJ for a program ‘Global Beats’ in Kantipur Television. He uploads cover songs to some trending music in his official YouTube Channel named ‘Ayushman Joshi’. Similarly, he releases some cover songs and vlogging videos.
